St. Johns County man faces first-degree murder charge in downtown Jacksonville shooting

Two young men from St. Johns County have been indicted in connection with the shooting death of a man in downtown Jacksonville in May. 19-year-old Ryan Nichols has been charged with first-degree murder, while 18-year-old Daniel DeGuardia has been charged with accessory after the fact. Earlier this month, 21-year-old Holden Dodson pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact.
