21st Annual Music & Art Festival Returns to St. Augustine Beach in May-June and Aug-Sept

A free concert series called Music & Art by the Sea will be held at St. Augustine Beach Pier Pavilion. The event will happen on Wednesdays from May 24 to June 28 and August 16 to September 27, from 7 to 9 p.m. Thirteen bands will perform during the concert series, with local artists and artisans showcased in The Art Studio. Food trucks will be present during the event, and attendees can bring coolers and beach chairs. Parking is limited, and admission is free. A building in St. Augustine, which was previously owned by the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences through 1 News Place LLC, was sold to ESJ Capital Partners for $8 million. The property, which is situated at the intersection of State Roads 207 and 312, was constructed by Morris Communications in 2001 and spans over 14.54 acres with a total area of 34,400 square feet.
