Zoika’s Dance will present a retelling of the classic fairytale Cinderella through dance on May 20-21 at Lewis Auditorium in St. Augustine, Florida. The performance will combine classical ballet with contemporary dance genres, including hip hop, tap, modern, and acro dance. The show will feature local dancers and actors, and young vocalists will sing a musical selection before each performance. Man Pulled from St. Augustine Beach Waters Died Before Reaching Hospital

A 21-year-old man named Gerson Rodriguez died after being swept away by a current at St. Augustine Beach. Witnesses saw Rodriguez and a 14-year-old girl struggling in the water, and a surf instructor jumped in to help. The teen was rescued, but Rodriguez went under and was found unresponsive after an hour-long search. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. Medical Buildings in St. Augustine Fetch $10.35M in Sale

Two medical buildings located at 190 and 200 Southpark Blvd. in St. Augustine were sold for a combined $10.35 million to a joint venture of Vanbarton Group and Tramview Capital Management. The buildings were sold by Brooks Rehabilitation, who purchased the property for $513,000 in 1996 from St. Aug Southpark Ltd. The buildings, which were built in 1998, are adjacent to Flagler Hospital and sit on 0.77 acre. The purchase was brokered by NAI Hallmark Managing Partners Keith Goldfaden and Christian Harden.
