St. Johns County Sheriff’s Welcomes Community for Back to School Event

The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office will be hosting a BBQ bash and career fair as a back-to-school event. The event, scheduled for July 29 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., will include backpack giveaways, music, food trucks, bounce houses, face painting, equipment displays, and information from local organizations. Recruiters from Ring Power and the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office will be present, offering insights and answering questions about career opportunities within their organizations. In addition, other government agencies will be attending to showcase their own career options, providing attendees with the chance to explore various industries and make valuable connections. The event will also feature the opportunity to meet and greet Sheriff Hardwick. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early for a chance to win backpacks filled with school supplies.
