A 25-year-old boater named Charles Gregory, who had been reported missing, has been found and rescued by the United States Coast Guard off the coast of St. Augustine. The Coast Guard had been conducting a search for Gregory after he was last seen leaving the Lighthouse boat ramp on a 12-foot Jon boat. He was discovered approximately 12 miles away from the St. Augustine Shore and was subsequently brought back to shore at the Vilano Beach Pier. Additional information about the incident is currently being gathered, and updates will be provided as they become available.
