Two individuals are in critical condition after being hit by a car near the Castillo de San Marcos in St. Augustine, according to the St. Augustine Police Department. The incident occurred just before 4am, with one victim seen being transported on a stretcher. A St. Johns County deputy witnessed the event and arrested the driver, who is now facing a DUI charge.
