We were on the scene as the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office assisted the U.S Marshalls in serving an arrest warrant on Gorda Bella rd (off Kings Estate). The arrest appears to be related to the suspects engagement in stalking. The suspect appeared to have minor cuts after dogs looked to be utilized to help in the apprehension.

This man’s favorite phrase is “I’m gonna make the news when they arrest me, believe that”. Now this is the second woman he’s making the news over. Back in 2017 he also made the news over that victim and she still suffers from PTSD and clinical depression because of what she endured. People open your eyes and realize he is exactly where he belongs, behind bars. Shane Steven Hand will never change and he will never learn. He is a habitual abuser. Sadly it is all he knows. This current victim isn’t his 1st, 2nd or even 10th. This man has abused women his entire life and deserves to be imprisoned for the remainder of his life.
