David Alan Armstrong, 36, has been arrested on murder charges related to an incident that occurred in December of 2022 in St. Augustine, Florida. Person Rescued from St. Augustine Beach, Hospitalized
One person was rescued by St. Johns County Fire Rescue after being in distress in the water near the A Street beach access point in St. Augustine Beach, Florida.
