The burglaries primarily targeted homes under construction in the county’s northwest area, with thieves stealing copper wire and tubing. Tragic ATV Crash Claims Lives of Two St. Augustine Men in Putnam County
Two people died in a two-vehicle accident involving a pickup truck and an ATV on County Road 309 in Putnam County, Florida, late Saturday night. The incident occurred when the pickup truck missed a right turn and was hit from behind by the ATV, which couldn’t stop in time. The St. Johns County School Board in Florida has unanimously approved attendance zone changes for two new schools set to open next fall.
