SWAT teams rushed the home of a man that neighbors say was acting erratic, smashing out car windows in neighboring driveways.
This happened in Ashby Landing just behind epic theaters.
The man was believed to be well armed and not responding to police calls for communication. Just around 1am, police entered the home and confirmed they had their suspect in custody, although could not confirm his physical state at the time. Rescue crews were on scene, and we can confirm that a stretcher was deployed.
