Chris Shee awarded for his philanthropy

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Florida (November 30, 2022) – MasterCraft Builder Group’s founder and CEO, Chris Shee, has been awarded the ‘Danny Tanton Community Advocate Award’ by Alpha-Omega Miracle Home (AOMH), an award which recognizes those who act with dedication and selfless service in their community. In addition, Chris Shee is also the 1st Runner-up for the ECI “Everyday Hero Award,” a chance to recognize and show appreciation to ECI Software Solutions’ customers who give back to their communities and are making a difference in the lives of others.
“Chris is one of the most selfless people I know and the perfect person to receive the first ‘Danny Tanton Community Advocate Award,’” explained Lisa Franklin, Founder and CEO of Alpha-Omega Miracle Home. “Many people have a heart for those in need, but Chris works tirelessly to make a difference through his fundraising efforts and always gives back.” The award was presented by Alpha-Omega at their annual fundraising gala held on November 4th at Tringali Barn at Heritage Farms.
Philanthropy is at the heart of everything Shee does, having raised over $1.5 million in the last several years for local organizations through community events, including Clays for a Cause and Concerts for a Cause. Alpha- Omega Miracle Home is one of the many beneficiaries of these events, and since the fall of 2020, Shee has helped raise over $163,000 in revenue for AOMH. In addition, Shee’s work with Seamark Ranch led him to receive 1st Runner-up for ECI’s ‘Everyday Hero Award.’ Specifically, the support and expertise he provided in designing and constructing two new 6,000 square feet residential properties at Seamark Ranch while also saving the organization over $500,000 in construction fees.
“Chris was selected as 1st Runner-up out of three finalists for the ‘Everyday Hero Award,’” said Seth Kelley, Vice President of Purchasing at MasterCraft Builder Group, who attended the recent awards ceremony with Shee. “His work with Seamark Ranch over the last several years, including the lead construction of their two new residential homes, is one of the many reasons he was nominated. We were excited to attend the 2022 Connect Conference in Aurora, Colorado on November 9th as Chris received a $5,000 donation in his name to Seamark Ranch in Clay County.”
