The St. Augustine Police Department has identified a person of interest in a vehicle burglary and grand theft. The individual is believed to have followed a bank patron who had withdrawn a large amount of money from Wells Fargo Bank. The suspect then forcefully entered the trunk of the victim’s car and stole $25,000 cash that was in a bag. The police department is asking anyone who has had recent contact with the individual to contact the Criminal Investigations Division or email Detective Miller. Paul Tesori leaves Webb Simpson’s team to join Cameron Young’s rising Tour star team.
Webb Simpson and his caddie, Paul Tesori, have ended their long-standing partnership. Tesori will now work for Cameron Young, the 2022 PGA Tour rookie of the year. Simpson announced the news on Twitter, stating that the decision was difficult and had been made after much consideration and prayer. Tesori had been with Simpson for all seven of his PGA Tour titles, including the 2012 U.S. Open and the 2018 Players Championship. Authorities in St. Johns County have arrested and charged a Colombian man, Sebastian Castro, with sexually exploiting a 15-year-old. Castro is accused of using a computer to misrepresent his age while luring the child for sex, sending a porn video to the child, and arranging to meet the child for sex.
