Law enforcement officials conducted a search warrant in a residential area of St. Johns County on Wednesday. The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office and Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office were observed at the location by concerned residents who contacted the media. Authorities were seen utilizing a crime scene van and SWAT officers. The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences is partnering with ESJ Capital Partners to construct a new campus in St. Augustine at 1 News Place. The project is estimated to cost $74 million and is expected to be completed by December 2024.
