University of Health Sciences to Construct New Campus

The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences is partnering with ESJ Capital Partners to construct a new campus in St. Augustine at 1 News Place. The project is estimated to cost $74 million and is expected to be completed by December 2024. The new campus will enable a larger enrollment and enhance immersive learning opportunities for students. The university will be moving from its current campus at 1 University Blvd. to the new location. The Center for Innovative Clinical Practice will be part of the new campus and will have simulation labs, assessment rooms, and a cadaver and an anatomy lab. The university also has campuses in Miami, Texas, and California.
