Two men, Gabriel Caez and Kyle Atwater, recently received a certificate of commendation from St. Johns County Fire Rescue Chief Scott Bullard for their heroic actions in rescuing people involved in a multi-vehicle accident on International Golf Parkway. The incident happened on April 21 when both men found the accident and didn’t hesitate to help. They quickly assisted in rescuing people trapped in the overturned vehicle and helped save precious time for medical care. Both men demonstrated selfless courage and quick thinking, according to Bullard.
