The City of St. Augustine has launched a new online citizen self-service portal aimed at ensuring customers can manage their utility and business license accounts more conveniently. The new platform will allow customers to view invoices and transactions, enroll in auto pay, pay bills online, and much more. All customers will be required to set up an account, and they are advised to have their account and customer numbers ready. The Deputy Finance Director said the platform would enhance customer experience, and the Finance Department and Customer Service Division remained committed to that goal.
