St. Johns County Woman Arrested, Charged for Stealing Nearly $4,000 in Ulta Beauty Merchandise

On September 7, the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office in Florida responded to a theft at a local Ulta Beauty Store, where approximately $4,000 worth of merchandise was stolen. The suspect, identified as Tatiyana McMillian, reportedly stole various items and left without paying. The Sheriff’s Office discovered McMillian was attempting to sell the stolen goods on social media. She was arrested on September 8 in an undercover operation and charged with grand theft, with an open warrant for theft.
