26-year-old woman facing DUI manslaughter trial arrested for resisting arrest in Clay County

A Jacksonville woman, Kelsey Herrin, was arrested for DUI manslaughter following a fatal crash in St. Johns County earlier this year. Herrin, who was driving a Dodge Ram truck, crashed into two cars, resulting in the death of a Ford Focus driver. During the investigation, deputies noted Herrin’s slurred speech and alcohol smell.
