A six-story, 105-room Hampton Inn & Suites is being planned on 3 acres at northeast Village Lake Drive and Town Plaza Drive in Nocatee, a master-planned community in Northern St. Johns and Southern Duval counties. The hotel will have a pool and is being developed by TC Development LLC, affiliated with the Davis family, founders of the Winn-Dixie grocery chain, who own the property and are working with The PARC Group, the Nocatee master developer. Connelly & Wicker Inc. is the civil engineer for the project.
